Domestic Australian Shipping

After placing your order, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post in a parcel post satchel with tracking and generally takes 3 -10 business days to reach it's destination, depending on the remoteness of your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you shall receive a shipment notification via your provided email address containing your tracking number.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to the US, Canada, New Zealand & the UK.

After placing your order, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post in a parcel post satchel or box.

Our standard and express post rates include tracking whereas our economy service does NOT include tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you shall receive a shipment notification via your provided email address containing your tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Westmore Designs does not take responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels once the package has been lodged with Australia Post nor does Westmore Designs pay for any taxes that are encountered from entering international countries.
